摘  要:链轮轴组布置在刮板输送机机头和机尾,撑起整副刮板链,是最重要、最精密的部件之一,因此在刮板输送机出厂之前需要对链轮轴组进行试运转试验和监测。现有的轴组试验监测方式的操作方法落后,无法定点监测,测量数据误差大,效率低,不能满足实际产能需求。因此需要研发新型的链轮轴组自动化监测试验台,将待监测链轮轴组安装到位后,通过数控中心实现链轮轴组自动启停、正反转,运用传感器自动按照预设时间间隔测量链轮轴组固定点位的温度、压力、转速等参数,提高链轮轴组的试验精度和效率,实现链轮轴组自动化监测、数据自动保存。The sprocket shaft group is arranged at the head and tail of the scraper conveyor to support the entire scraper chain,which is one of the most important and precise components,so it is necessary to test and monitor the sprocket shaft group before the scraper conveyor leaves the factory.The existing shaft group test monitoring mode is backward in operation method,can not be fixed-point monitoring,the measurement data error is large,the efficiency is low,and can not meet the actual capacity demand.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new type of automatic monitoring test bench for sprocket shaft group,after the sprocket shaft group to be monitored was installed in place,the automatic start and stop,forward and reverse rotation of the sprocket shaft group was realized through the numerical control center,and the sensor was used to automatically measure the temperature,pressure,speed and other parameters of the fixed point of the sprocket shaft group according to the preset time interval,so as to improve the test accuracy and efficiency of the sprocket shaft group,and realize the automatic monitoring of the sprocket shaft group and the automatic saving of data.
