摘 要:为了解决国产掘进装备传统临时支护存在顶板适应性差、自动化程度低的问题,创新开发了一套结构合理、维护方便、功能齐全的前探式临时支护系统。介绍了其结构、设计特点和设计参数。该系统应用于黄陵二号煤矿快速掘进系统中,试验结果表明,与原有临时支护相比,系统可靠性高、维护量小,将掘锚一体机临时支护空顶距由1~1.2 m减至0.4 m,提高了掘锚一体机锚钻作业的安全性,同时实现了锚网输送由人工传递向机械化和自动化的技术跨越,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。In order to solve the problems of the poor roof adaptability and low degree of automation of traditonal temporary support for domestic excavation equipment,an innovative forepole temporary support system with rensonable structure,excellent serviceability and complete functions was developed.The mechanical structure,major innovation points and the features of the system were introduced.The system was applied to the rapid excavation system in Huangling No.2 coal mine,the test results show that comparing with the original temporary support,the system has high reliability and low maintenance,the temporary support of the integrated excavator and anchor machine has reduce the overhead distance from 1-1.2 m to 0.4 m,improving the safety of the anchor drilling operation of the integrated excavator and anchor machine.At the same time the technical leap from manual operation to complete mechanization and automation of anchor meshing conveying was realized,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
