摘 要:为针对性地治理枣泉煤矿13/14辅运大巷粉尘问题,结合现场采样与数值模拟的方式对辅运大巷内部粉尘浓度、粒径与分布特征进行了分析,结果显示大巷内粉尘浓度随巷道深入基本呈上升趋势,在巷道底部有粉尘沉积现象,整体浓度已超过安全生产范围。通过比对喷雾流量、雾粒粒径、喷雾射程等参数,优选适合辅运大巷现场情况的喷嘴。结合辅运大巷智能喷雾系统的现场测试表明,选择PZ2型喷嘴具有更优秀的除尘效果。根据喷雾设备下风侧30 m处粉尘浓度测试结果,除尘效率达到90%以上,辅运大巷作业环境得到了明显改善。In order to effectively address the dust problem in the 13/14 auxiliary transportation roadway of Zaoquan coal mine,the internal dust concentration,particle size and distribution characteristics of the auxiliary transportation roadway were analyzed through on-site sampling and numerical simulation.The results showed that the dust concentration in the roadway generally increased with the depth of the roadway,and there was dust deposition at the bottom of the roadway.The overall concentration exceeded the safe production range.By comparing the parameters such as spray flow,fog particle size,spray range and so on,the nozzle suitable for the on-site situation of the auxiliary transportation roadway was selected.Combined with the on-site test of the intelligent spray system of the auxiliary transportation roadway,it shows that the selection of PZ2 nozzle has a better dust removal effect.According to the test results of the dust concentration at 30 m from the downwind side of the spray equipment,the dust removal efficiency reaches more than 90%,and the operating environment of the auxiliary transportation roadway has been significantly improved.
