摘 要:采用设计失效模式与影响分析(DFMEA)方法,在设计阶段对卷电缆装置试验台的滑移系统进行潜在失效模式和潜在失效后果分析,介绍了试验台的结构、功能,并依据其结构和功能进行失效分析和风险分析,计算其RPN值。通过分析发现牵引销轴组件、轴承座组件的部分故障模式RPN值最高,为设计阶段的方案改进提供了参考。The potential failure mode and the potential failure consequence of the slip system of the test-bed of cable rolling device were analyzed at the design stage by using the method of design failure mode effects and analysis(DFMEA),the structure and function of the test-bed were introduced,the failure analysis and risk analysis were conducted based on its structure and function,and the RPN value was calculated.Through the analysis,it is found that the RPN value of some failure modes of the traction pin shaft assembly and the bearing block assembly is the highest,which provides a reference for the improvement of the scheme in the design stage.
