摘  要:以某型矿用刮板输送机驱动链轮为研究对象,利用SolidWorks与ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件构建驱动链轮与链环间的啮合有限元模型,并对其进行静力学分析。在此基础上以链窝位置的最大接触应力和最大变形量为优化目标,以链窝位置的3个关键结构参数为优化设计变量对驱动链轮进行优化设计。结果表明,驱动链轮与链环接触时存在应力和变形量分布不均匀现象,最大接触应力出现在驱动链轮链窝位置,最大变形量出现在驱动链轮链齿顶部。优化后链窝位置的最大接触应力降低796.3 MPa,最大变形量减小0.09 mm,在一定程度上提升了链轮的可靠性和使用寿命。The driving sprocket of a certain type of mining scraper conveyor was taken as the research object,the finite element model of the meshing between the driving sprocket and the chain ring was constructed by using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,and the static analysis was carried out.On this basis,the maximum contact stress and maximum deformation of the chain socket position were taken as optimization objectives,and the three key structural parameters of the chain socket position were used as optimization design variables to optimize the design of the driving sprocket.The results show that there is an uneven distribution of stress and deformation when the driving sprocket is in contact with the chain ring,the maximum contact stress occurs at the position of the driving sprocket socket,and the maximum deformation occurs at the top of the driving sprocket teeth.After optimization,the maximum contact stress at the position of the chain socket is reduced by 796.3 MPa and the maximum deformation is reduced by 0.09 mm,which improves the reliability and service life of the sprocket to a certain extent.
