低浓度瓦斯抽采钻孔综合修复技术及其应用效果

摘  要:针对底抽巷瓦斯抽采钻孔在抽采一定时间后煤层顶底板围岩应力变化、抽采负压、煤层裂隙发育等各种因素造成钻孔出现变形、收缩、坍塌、堵塞、漏气从而导致瓦斯抽采浓度大幅降低的问题,结合矿井实际瓦斯抽采情况,提出一种钻孔综合修复技术。通过封孔质量检测仪和水柱高度法,对抽采浓度较低钻孔内瓦斯流通通道堵塞情况、孔底瓦斯浓度及孔内漏气通道位置进行探查和检测,并根据实际检测情况提出钻孔疏堵增透、二次注浆封孔、优化调整抽采负压等综合技术措施对钻孔进行修复。应用试验结果表明,采用上述技术措施后,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度由3.5%提高到51%,提升了约14.6倍,抽采效果显著提升。In response to the problem of deformation,contraction,collapse,blockage and gas leakage caused by various factors such as stress changes in the surrounding rock of the coal seam roof and floor,negative pressure during extraction,and development of coal seam cracks after a certain period of time in the bottom extraction roadway gas extraction hole,which leads to a significant decrease in gas extraction concentration,combined with the actual gas extraction situation in the mine,a comprehensive repair technology of hole was proposed.Through the sealing hole quality detector and water column height method,explored and detected the blockage of gas circulation channels,gas concentration at the bottom of the hole,and the position of gas leakage channels in the hole with low extraction concentration.According to the actual detection situation,the comprehensive technical measures such as hole blockage dredging and permeability enhancement,secondary grouting sealing hole,optimization and adjustment of extraction negative pressure were proposed to repair the hole.The application test results show that after adopting the above technical measures,the gas extraction concentration in the hole increases from 3.5%to 51%,increases about 14.6 times,and the extraction effect is significantly improved.
