摘  要:针对带式输送机运行过程中噪声影响监测系统准确性的问题,提出了一种基于自适应阈值小波变换的光纤音频降噪方法。通过小波变换对音频信号进行多尺度分解,利用自适应阈值算法对细节系数去噪,再通过逆小波变换重建信号。实验结果表明,该方法能有效去除输送机运行中的环境和机械噪声,显著提高信号质量,为故障检测和状态监测提供了可靠支持。Aiming at the problem that the noise affects the accuracy of the monitoring system during the operation of the belt conveyor,proposed a fiber optic audio noise reduction method based on wavelet transform.The audio signal was decomposed at multiple scales by wavelet transform,the detail coefficients were denoised by adaptive thresholding algorithm,and then the signal was reconstructed by inverse wavelet transform.The experimental results show that this method can effectively remove the environmental and mechanical noise in the operation of the conveyor,significantly improve the signal quality,and provide reliable support for fault detection and condition monitoring.
