摘 要:研究爆炸载荷作用下纯水支架的稳定性对降低井下爆炸危害,保障人员和工作面安全具有重要意义,可为井下安全生产提供重要的理论依据和技术支持。采用LS-DYNA仿真模拟了不同爆炸位置和爆炸当量下爆炸载荷对纯水支架稳定性的影响。结果表明:正常受力的液压支架应力、变形主要集中在顶梁和立柱且较为稳定,而在爆炸冲击下,距离爆炸点较近的部分区域应力、变形快速增加;随着爆炸当量的增加,液压支架的稳定性逐渐下降;位置与当量相同时,侧面爆炸造成的应力、变形最大,对液压支架的稳定性影响最大,而其他2个方向的爆炸造成的影响大致相当。Studying the stability of pure water support under the action of explosion load is of great significance to reduce the underground explosion hazard and ensure the safety of personnel and working face,and can provide important theoretical basis and technical support for the underground safety production.The LS-DYNA simulation was used to simulate the effect of explosion load on the stability of pure water support at different explosion positions and explosion equivalent values.The results show that the stress and deformation of the normal hydraulic support are mainly concentrated on the top beam and column and is relatively stable,while in the explosion impact,the explosion area will have the rapid increase of stress and deformation.With the increase of the explosion equivalent,the stability of the hydraulic support decreases gradually.When the position and the equivalent are same,the side explosion leads to the largest stress,deformation and effect on the stability of the hydraulic support,while the effect of explosion in the other two directions is about the same.
