摘 要:基于煤矿企业和煤矿设备在自动化、智能化、数据化方面的发展趋势,搭建了大数据整体架构,构建了适合大数据平台的模型映射和数据传递模式。基于大数据设计了采煤机运行状态监测系统、数据采集系统、端数据源及上级监管端。根据实时监测和采集的采煤机液压部、截割部、牵引部和变频部关键参数数据,可以准确、直观地对采煤机重要关键部件的运行状态进行监测及评估,从而更好地指导维修和及时处理故障,保证采煤机稳定、安全、高效的运行。Based on the development trend of coal mining enterprises and coal mining equipment towards automation,intelligence and data,the overall architecture of big data has been built,and the model mapping and data transmission mode suitable for big data platform have been constructed.Based on big data,the operation status monitoring system,data acquisition system,data source and supervisor of shearer have been designed.According to the key parameter data of shearer hydraulic department,cutting department,traction department and frequency conversion department monitored and collected in real time,the operation status of important key parts of shearer can be monitored and evaluated accurately and intuitively,so as to better guide maintenance and deal with faults in time,and to ensure the stable,safe and efficient operation of shearer.
