摘 要:针对乔兑水库急泄导致水库泄洪河道的流量短时间发生剧变的问题,研究提出一种基于河道水利分析(Hydrologic Engineering Centers River Analysis System,HEC-RAS)模型对水库泄洪河道流量变化进行研究的方法。首先对河道的水位流量情势变化进行分析,然后通过HEC-RAS模型来模拟水库泄洪河道流量。结果显示,当常规洪水暴发时,水库泄洪河道的预测流量与观测流量基本一致。研究提出的方法可以有效预测常规洪水暴发时水库泄洪河道的流量变化。A method based on the hydraulic engineering centers river analysis system(HEC-RAS)model is proposed to study the short-term drastic changes in the flow of the flood discharge channel caused by the sudden discharge of the Qiaodui reservoir.This study first analyzes the changes in water level and flow conditions of the river channel,and then uses the HEC-RAS model to simulate the flow of the reservoir’s flood discharge channel.The results show that when conventional floods occur,the predicted flow of the reservoir’s flood discharge channel is basically consistent with the observed flow.The method proposed in the study can effectively predict the flow changes in the discharge channel of reservoirs during conventional flood outbreaks.
