摘　　要：目的 建立蒙药材木棉花瓣的质量标准。方法 对药材进行性状鉴别及显微鉴别;采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对药材进行定性鉴别;检测药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量;采用高效液相色谱法对药材中原儿茶酸进行定量分析。结果 药材的性状及显微特征明显。TLC图斑点清晰,分离度好。水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含量分别为6.82%~8.64%,6.03%~7.61%,0.30%~0.38%。原儿茶酸进样量在0.119 92~1.798 8μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=6);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验结果的RSD均小于2.1%;平均加样回收率为100.93%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论 所建立的木棉花瓣的性状及显微鉴别、TLC鉴别、含量测定方法均准确、可靠,可为其质量标准的建立提供参考。Objective To establish a quality standard for the Mongolian medicine Gossampinus malabarica petals.Methods The morphological and microscopic identification was performed on the medicinal materials.The medicinal materials were identified qualitatively by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method.The moisture,ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract contents of medicinal materials were detected.The protocatechuic acid in medicinal materials was analyzed quantitatively by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Results The characteristics and microscopic features of the medicinal materials were obvious,the TLC spots were clear,and the resolution was good.The moisture,ash and acid-insoluble ash contents were in the range of 6.82%to 8.64%,6.03%to 7.61%,0.30%to 0.38%respectively;the linear range of protocatechuic acid was 0.11992 to 1.7988µg(r=1.0000,n=6);the RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were all lower than 2.1%;the average recovery rate was 100.93%with an RSD of 1.42%(n=6).Conclusion The established methods for morphological and microscopic identification,TLC identification,and content determination of Gossampinus malabarica petals are accurate,and reliable,which can provide a reference for the establishment of their quality standards.
