摘  要:大容量金属化膜脉冲电容器并联组网的脉冲功率电源系统是电磁轨道炮的核心组成部分之一,其充电电压将直接决定系统的初始储能以及最终的炮口动能。为此,针对一种基于蓄电池和电容器的高能级混合储能模块化并联组网式脉冲功率电源系统,研究了其在充电过程中储能电容器组电压实时测量数据存在阶跃误差这一特殊实际问题。首先,分析了误差产生的机理;然后,利用仿真方法复现了故障出现的过程;最后,提出了充电电压闭环控制的改进方法,避免了脉冲功率电源系统实际过(欠)充造成的不利影响。The pulsed power supply system based on high capacitance metallized film pulse capacitors is one of the core components of electromagnetic railgun.Voltage of the capacitors determines the initial energy storage and muzzle kinetic energy.Focused on a special voltage step error phenomenon which appears in the high voltage charging process of a mixed energy storage system based on battery and capacitor,the mechanism of error generation was studied firstly.Furthermore,simulation methods were used to reproduce the process of error occurrence.At last,an improved voltage precision control method was proposed.The conclusions are helpful for avoiding the potential risk of voltage overcharge(undercharge)in pulse capacitors.
