摘 要:针对目前仍然在使用的老式电子设备器件线路老化、维修成本高等问题,对大规模模拟和数字电路自动化升级改造技术进行了研究,提出了一种基于SoC技术的电路自动化升级技术方案。首先,对原电路中不同模块关联程度进行了划分;然后,建立了量化解析结构模型和关联度矩阵;最后,开展了关联度矩阵的建模仿真和优化,系统性地验证了基于SoC的电路自动化升级技术方案。验证结果表明:该方法有效提高了系统的可靠性和可维修性,可满足设备维修的工程需要。In view of the aging and high maintenance costs of the old electronic devices and circuits still in use,the large-scale analog and digital circuit automation upgrading technology was studied,and a circuit automation upgrading technology scheme based on SoC technology was proposed.The scheme first divided the correlation degree of different modules in the original circuit and established the quantitative analytic structure model and correlation degree matrix.And then,the modeling simulation and optimization of the correlation degree matrix was carried out,and the circuit automation upgrade technology scheme based on SoC technology was systematically verified.The verification results show that the method improves the reliability and maintainability,optimizes the overall upgrade design of the system,and can satisfy the practical needs of equipment maintenance.
