基于AHP和DEMATEL的大数据典型应用建设项目风险评估

摘  要:大数据典型应用建设涉及水下攻防的主要要素多样(包括环境、装备、战法、敌军等大量数据),且由于数据及模型来源多、种类多、粒度不一,还需考虑历史和动态更新数据、装备采集数据等内容,针对此现状,基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)和DEMATEL(decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory)方法对大数据典型应用建设项目进行了风险评估。首先,对大数据典型应用建设项目涉及的风险因素进行了分类,将其分为6个大类、17个指标因素;然后,利用AHP方法处理因素间独立问题和DEMATEL处理因素间非独立问题,构建了大数据典型应用建设的风险评估模型,并对大数据典型应用建设中风险因素的影响程度进行了具体的分析说明;最后,将当前大数据典型应用建设项目的相关数据输入建立的风险评估模型中,对该项目中可能存在的风险因素进行了分析,得到了不同风险因素对该项目的具体影响程度,验证了模型的实用性和科学性。The construction of typical big data applications involves the main elements of underwater attack and defense,including a large amount of data such as environment,equipment,tactics,and enemy forces.Due to the diverse sources,types,and granularity of data and models,it is also needed to take into account historical and dynamically updated data,equipment collection data,and other contents.Based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and DEMATEL(decision-making and trial eva-luation laboratory)methodologies,the risk of typical big data application construction projects was assessed.Firstly,the risk factors involved in the projects were divided into 6 categories and 17 indicator factors.And then,with AHP method to deal with independent problems between factors and DEMATEL to deal with non-independent problems between factors,the risk assessment model for the construction of typical applications was established.Finally,the relevant data were input into the established model to analyze the possible risk factors in the project,and thus the specific impact of different risk factors on the project was obtained,which verifies the practicality and scientificity of the model.
