摘  要:赤泥是拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中产生的高污染强碱性废渣,存在严重的环境问题和安全隐患。但其中Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)的含量高,是优质的铝、铁二次资源,具有很高的回收利用价值。本文采用生物质水热钙化还原法,以淀粉作为还原剂,在高温碱性水热条件下处理高铁赤泥。实验结果表明,转型渣中Na_(2)O质量分数由9.74%降至0.50%,Al_(2)O_(3)溶出率最高达到89.77%;大量碱和铝溶出促进Fe_(2)O_(3)富集,使其质量分数达到43.31%;转型渣中铁相由Fe_(2)O_(3)完全转化为Fe_(3)O_(4),饱和磁化强度达到26.04 kA/m,矫顽力降至223.15 G,磁性特征明显。Red mud is a highly polluting and alkaline waste residue generated during the Bayer process of producing alumina,which poses serious environmental problems and safety hazards.However,the content of Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3) is high,making them high-quality secondary resources of aluminum and iron with high recycling value.In this article,biomass hydrothermal calcification reduction method is used,with starch as a reducing agent,to treat high-iron red mud under high-temperature alkaline hydrothermal conditions.The results showed that the mass fraction of Na_(2)O in the transformation slag decreased from 9.74% to 0.50%,and the dissolution rates of Al_(2)O_(3) was up 89.77%.A large amount of alkali and aluminum dissolution promoted the enrichment of Fe_(2)O_(3) mass fraction to 43.31%.Under this condition,the transformation slag iron phase is complete transformed from Fe_(2)O_(3) to Fe_(3)O_(4),with a high saturation magnetization of 26.04 kA/m a low coercive force of 223.15 G,The magnetic characteristics are obvious.
