摘 要:为了资源化利用钢铁冶炼固废,利用碳基固废热解炉在600℃低温热解条件下,选择脱硫灰和氧化铁皮作为催化剂,实验研究两种催化剂及其与木屑配比对热解产物及产率的影响。实验结果表明,脱硫灰和氧化铁皮均可显著提高木屑热解气中H_(2)的产量。脱硫灰还能提高热解气中CH_(4)产量,明显抑制CO_(2)和CO的生成,热解气最大低位热值达到10.26 MJ/m^(3),是氧化铁皮催化木屑热解气低位热值的1.34倍。脱硫灰催化木屑热解气的产量、品质和热值均明显高于氧化铁皮催化,脱硫灰对生物质的催化热解效果明显优于氧化铁皮。To achieve the goal of green metallurgy upgrading,this study investigates the energy utilization of flue gas waste heat and the resource utilization of solid waste from iron and steel smelting.The research employed a carbon-based solid waste pyrolysis furnace under low-temperature pyrolysis conditions(600℃),selecting desulfurization ash and iron oxide as catalysts.It explored the effects of different catalysts and varying catalyst-to-sawdust ratios on the pyrolysis product yield.The results indicated that the yield of pyrolytic char was notably reduced by the iron scale.Desulfurized ash and oxidized iron scale greatly promoted the production of H2 in the pyrolysis gas of sawdust.Using desulfurization ash as a catalyst increased CH_(4) production in the pyrolysis gas,significantly inhibited the generation of CO_(2) and CO.The maximum lower calorific value of the pyrolysis gas was 10.26 MJ/m^(3),which was 1.34 times higher than that of oxidation iron and sawdust pyrolysis gas.Therefore,the yield,quality,and calorific value of desulfurization ash and sawdust pyrolysis gas were significantly higher than those of iron oxide and sawdust pyrolysis gas.The experimental results demonstrated that the catalytic pyrolysis effect of desulfurization ash on biomass was markedly better than that of oxidized iron scale.
