摘 要:为提高桥面板的承载能力,延长桥梁的使用寿命,对在役钢筋混凝土T形梁桥铰接悬臂板进行改造,采用钢板加固和更换单向板加固两种方法,制备4种试件,进行正截面受弯破坏实验和受力分析。实验结果表明,钢板加固和更换单向板加固对桥面板承载力分别提高41.48%和29.22%。钢板加固的铰接悬臂板最终破坏位置仍在悬臂根部,更换单向板则不存在这个隐患,但是二次浇筑使桥面板的整体性能有所下降。钢板加固使桥面板承载能力由原本的公路-Ⅱ级提高到公路-Ⅰ级的98.57%,钢板加固旧桥的改造升级效果优于更换单向板加固。推导的钢板加固铰接悬臂板受弯承载力和抗弯刚度计算公式,为实际工程改造提供参考。In order to improve the bearing capacity of the bridge deck and prolong the service life of the bridge,the articulated cantilever plate of the in-service reinforced concrete T-girder bridge was modified by adopting the two methods of steel plate reinforcement and replacement of unidirectional plate reinforcement,and four kinds of specimens were prepared to carry out the bending damage experiments of the normal crosssection and the force analysis.The results show that steel plate reinforcement and replacement of one-way plate reinforcement on the bridge deck bearing capacity of 41.48%and 29.22%;steel plate reinforcement of the articulated cantilever plate is still in the final damage location at the root of the cantilever,the replacement of the one-way plate does not exist,but the second casting makes the overall performance of the deck plate has been reduced;steel reinforcement of the bridge deck plate bearing capacity by the original highway-II class to the highway-I level 98.57%,steel plate reinforcement of the old bridge renovation and upgrading effect is better than the replacement of one-way plate reinforcement.The derived formulas of bending capacity and bending stiffness of steel plate reinforced articulated cantilever plate provide references for the actual engineering transformation.
