五音疗法在骨性膝关节炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对骨性膝关节炎(KOA)患者实施五音疗法,探析其应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月在扬州市中医院骨伤科诊治的120例KOA患者作为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组(60例,常规护理)和观察组(60例,常规护理+五音疗法)2组。比较2组患者膝关节活动度(ROM)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、疾病活动指数(关节肿胀程度、关节晨僵和全身疲劳感)、关节疼痛程度以及心理状态之间的差异。结果护理2周后,观察组的ROM、Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疾病活动指数(关节肿胀程度评分、关节晨僵评分、全身疲劳感评分)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);2组的上述指标均较同组护理前有所改善(P均<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上应用五音疗法,可加大KOA患者的膝关节活动度,改善膝关节功能、疼痛程度和疾病活动指数,并有助于缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective To implement five-tone therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and to explore its application value.Methods A total of 120 KOA patients who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Ttraumatology in Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were allocated into a control group(60 cases receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(60 cases receiving routine nursing and five-tone therapy)by the use of a random number table.The differences in knee joint range of motion(ROM),Lysholm score,disease activity index(joint swelling,joint morning stiffness,and whole body fatigue),joint pain intensity,and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the ROM and Lysholm score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,disease activity index(joint swelling degree score,joint morning stiffness score,and whole body fatigue score),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)score,and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The above indicators in both groups improved compared with those before nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,the application of five-tone therapy can increase the knee joint range of motion in KOA patients,improve their knee joint function,pain intensity and disease activity index,and help alleviate their negative emotions of anxiety and depression.
