摘 要:电纺海藻酸盐纳米复合纤维结合了海藻酸盐的材料特点和电纺纳米纤维膜的结构特点,已广泛应用在组织工程、药物递送和医用敷料等再生医学领域。电纺海藻酸盐纳米纤维复合膜具有多孔性、孔隙连通性、大比表面积、透气性、吸液性能等特点,能够保持伤口愈合的湿润微环境、且化学结构与天然细胞质基质相似,能够支持细胞的黏附、增殖和分化,是理想的细胞生长基质,可用于功能性生物医用材料的开发。该文从海藻酸盐的特性、电纺纳米纤维的工艺优点及制备面临的问题出发,介绍了制约海藻酸盐电纺性能的缺陷和改进方法、海藻酸盐静电纺纳米复合纤维在生物医用材料中的应用趋势,并展望其未来研究方向,旨在为海藻酸盐基功能性生物医用材料的开发和可持续应用提供理论依据。Electrospun alginate composite nanofibers,with the material characteristics of alginate and the structural characteristics of electrospun nanofiber membranes,have been widely used in regenerative medicine fields such as tissue engineering,drug delivery and medical dressings.Electrospun alginate nanofiber membranes can maintain the wet microenvironment of wound healing due to their porosity,pore connectivity,large specific surface area,air permeability,liquid absorption and so on,and are ideal cell growth matrixes for the development of functional biomedical material due to their chemical structure similar to that of natural cytoplasmic matrix,which can support cell adhesion,proliferation and differentiation.In this review,based on the characteristics of alginate,the technological advantages of electrospun nanofibers and the existing problems in preparation,the shortcomings and improvement methods that restricted the performance of alginate electrospinning,the application trend of electrospun alginate composite nanofibers in biomedical materials were introduced.The future research direction was also discussed to provide theoretical basis for the development and sustainable application of alginate based functional biomedical materials.
