摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体制备了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液,将其与纳米TiO_(2)分散液混合制备了PA-T乳液,采用旋涂法以PA-T乳液对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜进行表面改性,制备了一系列PA-纳米TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)薄膜。基于FTIR、SEM、粒径测定、TGA和人工加速紫外老化实验,考察了纳米TiO_(2)含量(以PA单体MMA、BA、AA的总质量为基准,下同)对制备的PA-T乳液、PA-T/PC薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO_(2)含量0.10%的PA-T乳液(PA-T_(0.10))平均粒径93.9 nm,多分散系数为0.073,由其制备的PA-T_(0.10)/PC薄膜较为光滑平整,其表面上纳米TiO_(2)颗粒分散比较均匀;PA-T_(0.10)/PC保持了优异的高透光性能(透过率89.5%),初始分解温度为389.6℃,峰值分解温度471.2℃,水接触角22.3°;PA-T_(0.10)/PC的表面硬度(2H)最高,摩擦系数(0.02)最小,断裂伸长率(174.84%)明显高于PC薄膜(124.00%),表明PA-T_(0.10)/PC中含量0.10%的纳米TiO_(2)足以形成较有效的保护,提高了复合薄膜的表面硬度和耐磨性能;PA-T_(0.10)/PC在人工加速紫外老化实验中,前48 h的PC分子链并未明显断裂,老化程度不明显,120 h时PA-T_(0.10)/PC的黄变指数增至2.1,其比PC薄膜表现出更强的抗黄变能力。Polyacrylate(PA)emulsion,prepared using methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA)and acrylic acid(AA)as monomers,mixed with nano TiO_(2)dispersion to obtain PA-T emulsions.A series of PA-nano TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)films were then synthesized from surface modification of polycarbonate(PC)film with PA-T emulsion by spin coating method.The effects of nano TiO_(2)content(based on the total mass of PA monomers MMA,BA and AA,the same below)on the properties of PA-T emulsions and PA-T/PC films were analyzed via FTIR,SEM,particle size measurement,TGA and artificial accelerated ultraviolet aging experiment.The results showed that PA-T emulsion(PA-T_(0.10))with 0.10%TiO_(2)content displayed an average particle size of 93.9 nm,with a polydispersion coefficient of 0.073.The dispersion of nano-TiO_(2)particles on PA-T_(0.10)/PC film surface was relatively uniform,and the surface of the film was smooth.PA-T_(0.10)/PC film maintained excellent high light transmittance(89.5%),with an initial decomposition temperature of 389.6℃,peak decomposition temperature of 471.2℃,and water contact angle of 22.3°.PA-T_(0.10)/PC film showed the highest surface hardness(2H),the lowest friction coefficient(0.02),and its elongation at break(174.84%)was significantly higher than that of PC film(124.00%),indicating that 0.10%nano-TiO_(2)content in PA-T_(0.10)/PC was sufficient in forming an effective protection,and improving the surface hardness and wear resistance of film.In the artifical accelerated ultraviolet aging experiment,the molecular chain of PA-T_(0.10)/PC did not break significantly in the first 48 h,and the aging degree was not obvious.At 120 h,the yellow index of PA-T_(0.10)/PC film increased to 2.1,and PA-T_(0.10)/PC film showed stronger anti-yellowing ability than PC film.
