摘 要:以羟丙基壳聚糖(HPCS)、BiCl3、CsCl为原料,采用配体辅助再沉淀法制备了HPCS钝化Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Cl_(9)量子点(HPCS-PQDs)。采用TEM、XRD、PL、UV-Vis对HPCS-PQDs进行了表征,考察了HPCS-PQDs检测铀酰离子(UO_(2)^(2+))的选择性、抗干扰性。将HPCS-PQDs负载到纤维素滤纸上构建了HPCS-PQDs传感器,考察其检测UO_(2)^(2+)的灵敏度。结果表明,HPCS-PQDs呈球形,平均粒径为3.21 nm,发蓝色荧光,发射峰位于440 nm处,发射峰半峰宽约为50 nm;HPCS-PQDs对UO_(2)^(2+)检测具有良好的选择性和抗干扰性,常见阳离子(Na^(+)、K^(+)等)和阴离子(Cl^(−)、SO_(4)^(2−)等)均不能影响UO_(2)^(2+)对HPCS-PQDs的荧光猝灭;HPCS-PQDs传感器的猝灭效率与UO_(2)^(2+)浓度(在0~0.10 mmol/L范围内)具有良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.96002),检测限为2.3×10^(-7)mmol/L。HPCS-PQDs对UO_(2)^(2+)检测过程的机制为UO_(2)^(2+)与HPCS-PQDs表面的-OH的络合作用及与-NH2的配位作用。HPCS-PQDs可以快速检测实际水样中的UO_(2)^(2+),加标回收率为90.00%~99.80%,相对标准偏差<5%。Hydroxypropyl chitosan(HPCS)passivated Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Cl_(9)quantum dots(HPCS-PQDs)were prepared by ligand assisted reprecipitation method using HPCS,BiCl3 and CsCl as raw materials,and characterized by TEM,XRD,PL,and UV-Vis.The selectivity and anti-interference of HPCS-PQDs for detecting uranyl ions(UO_(2)^(2+))were evaluated.The HPCS-PQDs sensor was then constructed by loading HPCS-PQDs onto cellulose filter paper,and its sensitivity on UO_(2)^(2+)detection was further analyzed.The results showed that HPCS-PQDs were spherical with an average particle size of 3.21 nm,emitting blue fluorescence,with the emission peak 440 nm and the half-peak width about 50 nm.HPCS-PQDs exhibited good selectivity and anti-interference for UO_(2)^(2+)detection.Common cations(Na^(+),K^(+),etc.)and anions(Cl^(−),SO_(4)^(2−),etc.)showed no influence on the fluorescence quenching of HPCS-PQDs by UO_(2)^(2+).The quenching efficiency of HPCS-PQDs sensor showed a good linear relationship(R^(2)=0.96002)with the concentration of UO_(2)^(2+)(in the range of 0~0.10 mmol/L),and the detection limit was 2.3×10^(-7)mmol/L.The mechanism of UO_(2)^(2+)detection of by HPCS-PQDs was the complexation and coordination of UO_(2)^(2+)with-OH and-NH_(2)on the surface of HPCS-PQDs.HPCS-PQDs could rapidly detect UO_(2)^(2+)in actual water samples with recovery rates ranging from 90.00%to 99.80%and relative standard deviation<5%.
