摘　　要：为解决烟草包装机烟库横烟导致设备高频次停机问题,设计了一种基于TwinCAT3平台和TCP/IP通信的烟库预梳理系统。通过升级烟库工艺流程,以TCP/IP通信的检测器为核心建立烟库烟支预梳理通道层,获取全部通道的检测结果,经TwinCAT3平台解析后精准定位横烟位置执行通道拦截。实验结果表明,横烟拦截精度为96.875%,停机次数降低了21.333倍,停机时间降低了94.247%,性能优异。To solve the problem of high-frequency equipment downtime caused by horizontal cigarette in cigarette storage of tobacco packaging machines,a pre-combing system for tobacco storage based on TwinCAT3 platform and TCP/IP communication is designed.By upgrading the process flow of the cigarette storehouse,the cigarette pre-carding channel layer of the cigarette storehouse is established with the detector of TCP/IP communication as the core,and the detection results of all channels are obtained and uploaded to TwinCAT3 platform for analysis,so as to accurately locate the position of the horizontal cigarette clogged channel to intercept,so as to ensure that the horizontal cigarette cannot block the row conveying layer and cause shutdown failure.The experimental results show that the horizontal cigarette interception accuracy is 96.875%,the number of shutdowns is reduced by 21.333 times,and the downtime is reduced by 94.247%,demonstrating excellent performance.
