摘  要:铂热电阻实时感知环境温度变化而引起电阻值变化,二者之间的关系是非线性的,为实现用铂热电阻测温并且使得温度数据传输安全可靠,引入了温度变送器并搭建了冗余网络。温度变送器把铂热电阻感知的环境温度变化线性处理为标准的电压信号供PLC读取,然后设计PLC程序,反向计算出被测环境温度,实时显示在HMI人机界面上。最后把PLC、HMI接入冗余网络,人为切断一根冗余链路,发现温度数据仍可以正常读取、显示,表明冗余网络可以保障数据通信的不间断进行。Platinum thermistors can sense real-time changes in environmental temperature and cause changes in resistance values.The relationship between the two is non-linear.To achieve temperature measurement using platinum thermistors and ensure safe and reliable temperature data transmission,this paper introduces a temperature transmitter and builds a redundant network.The temperature transmitter linearly processes the environmental temperature changes sensed by the platinum thermistor into a standard voltage signal for PLC to read.Then,the PLC program is designed to calculate the measured environmental temperature in reverse.Finally,the PLC and HMI are connected to the redundant network,and a redundant link is manually cut off.It is found that temperature data could still be read and displayed normally,indicating that the redundant network can ensure uninterrupted data communication.
