摘　　要：通过建立水厂机泵等关键设备的在线健康状况监测与分析评价系统,实时监控设备振动、温度等参量状态,结合系统自带的专家库,与自控系统无缝对接,及时准确地通过报警,防止机泵等关键设备事故的发生,同时采用先进的多信息融合技术,最大程度地评估机泵等关键设备运行状态、延长设备预警时间,从而实现预知维修,并通过智能诊断,精确诊断故障源,实现精密维修,缩短维修用时,为检测维修合理化提供及时准确的数据基础,保证设备长周期稳定运行。实现真正的无人值守,降低备品备件费用。增加智能移动式巡检监控系统后将大大减少相关巡检人员的劳动强度,及时发现并处理隐患,保障机组的安全稳定运行。Through the establishment of an online health monitoring,analysis and evaluation system for key equipment such as pumps,real-time monitoring of equipment vibration,temperature and other parameter states,combined with the system's own expert library,seamless connection with the automatic control system,timely and accurate alarm to prevent the occurrence of accidents of key equipment such as pumps,and the use of advanced multi information fusion technology to maximize the evaluation of the operating state of key equipment such as pumps.The early warning time of the equipment is extended,so as to realize predictive maintenance.Through intelligent diagnosis,the fault source is accurately diagnosed,so as to realize precise maintenance,shorten the maintenance time,provide timely and accurate data basis for the rationalization of detection and maintenance,and ensure the long-term stable operation and stable production of the equipment.
