摘 要:设计了一种潜油电泵井下工况在线监测系统。该系统对潜油电泵的温度、压力以及振动信号等关键参数进行采集,并通过数字传输方式将数据实时发送至地面。地面端利用无线传输模块将接收到的数据发送至上位机,实现对潜油电泵井下工况的实时监测。实验测试结果表明,该系统能够有效监测潜油电泵的井下工况,对保障设备的长期稳定运行和提高石油开采的效率有实用价值。A system for online monitoring of the downhole working conditions of submersible oil pumps is researched and designed.This system collects key parameters such as the temperature,pressure,and vibration signals of the submersible oil pump,and transmits these data in real time to the ground via digital transmission.The ground end uses a wireless transmission module to send the received data to the host computer,achieving real-time monitoring of the downhole working conditions of the submersible oil pump.The results of experimental testing demonstrate that the system is capable of effectively monitoring the downhole working conditions of the submersible oil pump,and it has practical value in ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment and in improving the efficiency of petroleum extraction.
