摘  要:目前,机场旅客专用通道空闲现象普遍,为提高机场专用安检通道利用率,研究将普通通道旅客分配至专用通道进行安检。通过排队论描述旅客到达情况,利用概率论相关知识构建通道错误放行率,并以通道错误放行率来衡量安检系统放行可靠性;在通道错误放行率、旅客排队安检时间和旅客类型分配优先级的约束条件下,以最小化单位成本为目标建立数学模型,并利用CPLEX求解器对模型进行求解。结果显示:在确保安检系统放行可靠性及旅客排队安检时间条件下,模型得到的最优单位成本为265.06元。研究结果表明:对比两类通道错误放行率,专用通道对于安检系统放行可靠性影响更大;当分别降低错误放行率、旅客期望排队安检时间、旅客服务率时,分配至专用安检通道的旅客类别减少,同时通道单位成本增加;当两类通道的相对距离增大时,分配至专用安检通道的旅客类别减少,安检系统放行可靠性增强,通道单位成本增加。To enhance the utilization of airport special security screening channels,this paper examines the allocation of regular channel passengers to these specialized channels.Assuming that passenger arrivals follow a Poisson distribution and that service times adhere to an exponential distribution,we establish the state balance equations for the security screening system.Probability theory is employed to construct the channel false clear rate,which serves as a metric for assessing the clearance reliability of the security screening system.Under the constraints of channel false clear rate,passenger queuing time for security checks,and allocation priority based on passenger type,we establish a mathematical model aimed at minimizing unit costs.This model is solved using the CPLEX solver.The results indicate that the optimal unit cost is 265.06 RMB while maintaining the clearance reliability of the security screening system and ensuring efficient passenger queuing times.The false clear rate of the special channel significantly impacts the reliability of the security screening system compared to that of the normal channel.Reducing the false clear rate enhances clearance reliability within the special channel;however,this also leads to an increase in unit costs and a decrease in the number of passenger categories assigned to the special security channel.Consequently,the queuing time for passengers in the special channel is reduced.When the upper limit on passengers expected queuing time for security checks is decreased,the number of passenger categories assigned to special security channels declines,resulting in an increased unit cost and a reduced false clear rate.Conversely,when the passenger service rate decreases,the number of passenger categories allocated to the special security channel also diminishes,leading to an increase in both expected queuing time and unit costs.As the relative distance between the two types of airport channels increases,the number of passengers assigned to the special channel decreases,leading
