摘　　要：目的:对有创机械通气病人院内转运风险管理的最佳证据进行汇总,为临床转运工作提供参考依据。方法:系统检索临床决策、相关指南网以及国内外数据库中关于有创机械通气病人院内转运风险管理的文献,检索时限从建库至2024年5月15日,由本研究循证小组对文献质量进行独立评价和证据提取。结果:共纳入14篇文献,包括1篇临床决策、2篇证据总结、3篇临床实践指南、3篇系统评价、3篇队列研究和2篇专家共识,总结出包含转运风险、转运决策、转运团队、转运仪器、转运物品、转运流程、转运通道、质量控制、特殊情况9个类型共35条最佳证据。结论:本研究总结的最佳证据可为制定有创机械通气病人院内转运规范化管理方案提供参考,以帮助临床医护人员为转运病人实施更规范、更安全的转运。Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation to provide reference of intra-hospital transport for clinical staff.Methods:The relevant literature regarding the risk management of intra-hospital patient with mechanical ventilation was retrieved in clinical decision-making,related official websites of relevant guideline and Chinese and foreign databases.The retrieve time limited from the establishment to 15th May in 2024.The evidence-based team independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted data.Results:A total of 14 articles were included,involving 1 clinical decision-making,2 evidence summaries,3 guidelines,3 systematic reviews,3 cohort studies,2 expert consensuses.We summarized 35 pieces of best evidence,including 9 aspects with transfer risk,transfer decision,transfer team,transfer instrument,transfer items,transfer process,transfer route,equality control,and special case.Conclusions:Evidence summaries in this study can be used to formulate protocol for intra-hospital transport in patient with mechanical ventilation,to help clinical staff achieve more standardized and safer patient transport.
