摘　　要：随着我国明确发展绿色贸易战略并提出“双碳”目标,深入研究环境规制对绿色贸易的影响机制尤为重要。通过构建包含贸易规模、进出口结构和稳定性的五维评价指标体系,利用中国海关进出口数据库的企业产品级别高颗粒度微观贸易数据,采用改进熵值法(IEM)评估中国各区域绿色贸易发展水平。研究采用动态面板系统广义矩估计(SYS-GMM)和固定效应空间杜宾模型(SDM-FE)分析环境规制对绿色贸易的影响和空间溢出效应。同时,探讨了环境规制对绿色贸易各维度的异质性影响和作用机制。研究发现:1)环境规制增强显著促进绿色贸易发展,具体表现为扩大贸易规模、优化出口结构、提高出口国家的分布多元化和稳定水平,此外,环境规制对绿色贸易的影响存在明显的不对称性;2)环境规制主要通过促进绿色投资、提升竞争力和促进绿色技术创新来推动绿色贸易发展;3)信息型环境规制具有显著的区域内改善效应和空间溢出效应。With China’s clear strategy to develop green trade and the proposal of the“dual carbon”goals,it is particularly important to deeply study the impact mechanism of environmental regulation(ER)on green trade(GT).The present study constructs a five-dimensional evaluation indicator system,encompassing trade scale,import-export structure and stability.Using high-granularity micro-level trade data at the firm-product level from China’s customs import and export database,it employs the Improved Entropy Method(IEM)to assess the development level of GT across different regions in China.It also applies a dynamic panel System Generalized Method of Moments(SYS-GMM)and a Fixed Effects Spatial Durbin Model(SDM-FE)to analyze the impact of ER on GT and its spatial spillover effects.Additionally,it explores the heterogeneous impacts and mechanisms of ER on various dimensions of GT.The following findings are obtained.First,ER significantly promotes the development of GT,specifically by expanding trade scale,optimizing export structure,and improving the diversification and stability of export destinations,while its impact exhibits clear asymmetry.Second,ER mainly drives GT development through promoting green investment,enhancing competitiveness,and fostering green technological innovation.Third,information-based ER has significant intraregional improvement effects and spatial spillover effects.
