摘　　要：坚持和运用科学思维方法,是中国共产党治国理政的突出特质和鲜明优势。习近平关于新质生产力的重要论述,贯穿马克思主义的立场观点方法,通过历史思维、战略思维、辩证思维、创新思维、底线思维等科学思维方式表现出来,是对马克思主义生产力理论的创新和发展,为在新的时代条件下全面把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革突破方向,因地制宜发展新质生产力,为全面推进中国式现代化建设提供了根本遵循和行动指南。Adhering to and utilizing scientific thinking methods is a prominent trait and distinct advantage of the CPC’s governance.XI Jinping’s important discourse on New Quality Productivity,which is permeated with Marxist position and viewpoint methods and expressed through historical thinking,strategic thinking,dialectical thinking,innovative thinking,bottom-line thinking and other scientific ways of thinking,is an innovation and development of the Marxist theory of productivity,and provides a fundamental guideline for comprehensively grasping the direction of the breakthrough of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change under the conditions of the new era,developing new quality productivity in line with the local conditions,and Comprehensively advancing the construction of Chinese-style modernization provides a fundamental guideline and guide to action.
