摘  要:我国大步迈进高质量发展阶段后,中小企业面临的内外部环境都发生了巨大变化,中小企业要适应这种变化就必须形成自身的核心竞争力。员工培训作为企业人力资源管理的重要内容,是提高人才素质的重要手段。中小企业要长期发展就必须依靠人才,必须培养属于本公司自己的人才,因此,必须把员工培训纳入中小企业的重要日程。本文以A公司为例,阐明中小企业员工培训存在的问题并提出了中小企业员工培训的相关对策。As China enters the stage of high-quality development,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.To adapt to such changes,small and medium-sized enterprises must cultivate and form their core competitiveness.Employee training,as an important content of enterprises human resources,is an essential means to improve talent quality.The long-term development of small and medium-sized enterprises must rely on talents and must cultivate their own talents,so staff training must be included in the important and necessary agenda of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes Company A as an example to clarify the problems existing in the present stage of employee training in small and medium-sized enterprises and tries to explore the possible countermeasures to build the employee training system in small and medium-sized enterprises.
