摘　　要：目的:探究腰椎管狭窄症手术患者出院准备度现状及其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2022年10月—2023年6月在大理市某三甲医院脊柱外科住院的220例腰椎管狭窄症手术患者进行问卷调查。结果:220例腰椎管狭窄症手术患者出院准备度得分为(90.77±8.25)分;多重线性回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、出院原因、出院指导质量和社会支持是腰椎管狭窄症手术患者出院准备度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎管狭窄症手术患者出院准备度处于中等水平,医护人员应加强对女性、文化程度较低以及医生建议出院患者的出院教育,制定针对性干预措施,以提高患者出院准备度和社会适应能力。Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis undergoing surgery.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 220 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were admitted to the spinal surgery department of a tertiary hospital in Dali city from October 2022 to June 2023 by convenient sampling method.Results:The total score of readiness for hospital discharge of 220 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis undergoing surgery was(90.77±8.25).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,reason for discharge,quality of discharge instructions,and social support were the influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis undergoing surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The readiness for hospital discharge of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis undergoing surgery is at a medium level.Healthcare professionals should strengthen discharge education for female patients,patients with lower education level and patients whose doctors recommend discharge.Healthcare professionals should also formulate targeted interventions for these patients to improve their readiness for discharge and social adaptation.
