摘  要:为了解决富氧燃烧时NO_(X)生成浓度比常规空气助燃时显著增高的问题,通过对冲扩散火焰模拟仿真,得出降低局部O_(2)浓度和提高空气过剩系数可以降低NO_(X)生成浓度。依据模拟分析结果制定富氧燃烧工况下抑制燃烧产物中NO_(X)生成的技术方案:一是采用氧气喷枪富氧燃烧技术,通过射入高速氧气造成大量烟气卷吸,形成局部贫氧浓度空间从而降低NO_(X)生成量;二是采用二次风掺氧富氧燃烧技术,并提高二次助燃气比例,将空气过剩系数提高从而抑制NO_(X)的生成。应用上述技术方案进行中试试验,实现了富氧燃烧工况下NO_(X)生成浓度比常规空气助燃工况下NO_(X)生成浓度降低的技术目标。In order to solve the problem that the NO_(X)formation concentration in oxygen-enriched combustion was significantly higher than that in conventional air-assisted combustion,based on the counter-diffusion flame simulation,it was concluded that the NO_(X)formation concentration could be reduced by reducing partial O_(2) concentration and increasing the air excess coefficient.After that,according to the simulation analysis results,the technical scheme of restraining NO_(X)generation in combustion products under oxygen-enriched combustion conditions was formulated,which included that,firstly the oxygen-enriched combustion technology with oxygen lances was used by injecting high-speed oxygen into the flue gas for taking a large number of smoke entrapment and forming partial oxygen-poor concentration space so as to reduce the amount of generation of NO_(X)and secondly the technology of oxygen-enriched combustion with secondary air mixed by oxygen was used by increasing the proportion of secondary combustion-supporting gas and the excess air coefficient so as to suppressing the generation of NO_(X).At last,the pilot testing was carried out by applying the above-mentioned technical scheme,and the technical goal of reducing the NO_(X)generation concentration under oxygen-enriched combustion conditions compared with that under conventional air-assisted combustion conditions was achieved.
