摘  要:介绍了超声导波检测技术的基本理论和检测方法。通过实验与现场应用结合的方法,对煤气管道中存在的管壁腐蚀进行了检测与分析。实验和现场应用结果表明,超声导波检测能够对管壁腐蚀进行定位,具备识别缺陷的能力。应用超声导波检测管道母材中的不同缺陷,可以在提高检测效率与准确性的同时,降低检测成本,打破了传统检测方法的局限性。The basic theory and detection method of the ultrasonic guided wave detection technology were introduced.By means of experiments together with on-site applications,the causes leading to wall corrosion and thinning in terms of the gas pipelines were detected and analyzed.The experimental results and on-site applications showed that the erosive positions or thinning positions could be located by using the ultrasonic guided wave detection technology,which had the ability to identify defects.So by using the ultrasonic guided waves,different defects in pipeline base material could be detected,meanwhile the detection efficiency and accuracy could improved.At the same time the detection cost was reduced,which broke the limitations of traditional detection methods.
