摘  要:由于螺纹钢冶炼过程需通过钒氮合金进行微合金化提升钢筋强度,针对钒氮合金价格暴涨,钢筋生产成本增加的问题,本溪北营钢铁(集团)股份有限公司应用钢水增氮技术,采取铌铁微合金化+增氮+控轧控冷工艺进行钢筋HRB400E生产,钢筋实物质量达到国家认证及用户使用要求,合金成本降低104~126元/t钢。In the smelting process of molten steel for manufacturing reinforced steel bars,the strength of steel bars needs to be improved by microalloying with vanadium-nitrogen alloys.In allusion to the problem that the price of vanadium-nitrogen alloys jumped sharply and the production cost of manufcturing steel bars increased,Benxi Beiying Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.applied the technology for increasing incremental nitrogen in molten steel,together with the technology of microalloying with niobium and iron,adding nitrogen and thermo mechanical control process to produce HRB400E steel bars.As a result,the physical quality of steel bars met the requirements asked by national certification and users,and thus the alloy cost was reduced between 104 and 126 yuan/t steel.
