摘 要:针对600 t冶金石灰回转窑尾气氮氧化物浓度高、排放量大的问题,分析了尾气中氮氧化物浓度高的原因,采取优化降氮烧嘴,调整助燃风结构,适度减小石灰石粒度,加强原料管控等措施后,回转窑尾气中氮氧化物平均浓度约由400 mg/m^(3)降至150 mg/m^(3),满足国标要求。节约设备投资1150万元,减少氮氧化物排放量316.8 t/a,降低成本约218.31万元/a。In view of the problems that there occurred high concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas from the 600 ton metallurgical lime rotary kilnand and high emissions,the causes leading to the high concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas were analyzed.After that,such measures as optimizing the burners for reduction of nitrogen,adjusting the composition of the combustion-supporting air,moderately reducing the particle size of limestone and strengthening the control of raw materials,the average concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas from the rotary kiln was decreased to 150 mg/m^(3) from 400 mg/m^(3),which met the requirements asked by the national standard.As a result,the equipment investment was saved 11.5 million yuan,the emissions of nitrogen oxides were reduce by 316.8 t/a,and thus the cost was reduced by about 2.1831 million yuan per year.
