摘  要:急性心肌梗死(AMI)属于常见的心血管疾病,病死率高,严重威胁患者的生命安全。研究结果显示,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是治疗AMI有效手段之一,可及时改善心脏血流,挽救受损心肌,最大可能减轻AMI对心功能的影响。但其无法精准评估AMI对心功能的影响程度。心脏磁共振(CMR)属于一种无创的成像检查技术,分辨率较高,不仅能够评估心功能状态、鉴别诊断以及早期室壁瘤的形成,还能有效评估AMI行PCI术后心功能,且对预后具有较高的预测价值。本文旨在综述CMR在AMI行PCI术后心功能评估中的研究进展,为AMI术后心功能的准确评估提供一定的参考依据。Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a common cardiovascular disease with high mortality,which seriously threatens the life safety of patients.The results show that percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is one of the effective methods to treat AMI,which can improve the cardiac blood flow in time,save the damaged myocardium and minimize the impact of AMI on cardiac function.However,it can not accurately evaluate the degree of influence of AMI on cardiac function.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)is a noninvasive imaging technique with high resolution.It can not only evaluate the cardiac function,differential diagnosis and the formation of early ventricular aneurysm,but also effectively evaluate the cardiac function after PCI in AMI,and has high predictive value for prognosis.This reviews is aiming at summarizing the research progress of CMR in cardiac function evaluation after PCI in AMI,expected to provide some reference for accurate evaluation of cardiac function after AMI.
