摘　　要：“两制”关系问题是中国共产党不可回避和长期探索的重大理论与现实课题。党的十一届三中全会以来,以邓小平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人对如何处理社会主义与资本主义关系问题进行了新的探索,形成了逻辑清晰、内容深邃、意涵丰富的邓小平“两制”关系思想。就其生成逻辑而言,该思想承继了马克思主义“两制”关系理论的科学菁华,汲取了中华优秀传统文化“天下观”的智慧滋养,立足于“和平与发展”新的时代主题下“两制”向何处去的战略考量,形成了建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践。就其核心内容而言,该思想涵盖了关于“两制”的本质内涵、关于“两制”的辩证关系、关于建设有中国特色社会主义的崭新思路以及关于应对“两制”国际形势的战略方针等。就其价值意蕴而言,该思想实现了马克思主义“两制”关系理论认识的新飞跃,打开了“两制”实践交往的新格局,促进了世界社会主义与国际共产主义运动的新发展,指引了新时代以人类命运共同体形塑“两制”关系的新理论,由是彰显理论、实践、世界、未来等多重价值意蕴。The issue of“two systems”relations is a significant theoretical and practical topic that the Communist Party of China(CPC)cannot avoid and has been exploring for a long time.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party,Chinese Communists,represented mainly by Deng Xiaoping,have conducted new explorations on how to handle the relationship between socialism and capitalism,forming Deng Xiaoping's thought on the“two systems”relations,which is logically clear,profound in content,and rich in implications.In terms of its formation logic,this thought inherits the scientific essence of Marxist“two systems”relationship theory,draws on the wisdom of the“world view”from excellent traditional Chinese culture,and is based on the strategic consideration of where“two systems”relationship are headed under the new era theme of“peace and development”,formed in the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.In terms of its core content,this thought covers the essential connotation of“two systems”,the nature of the“two systems”relationship,the new way of thinking about building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the strategic guidelines for dealing with the situation of“two systems”relationship.In terms of its value implications,this thought has achieved a new leap in understanding Marxist“two systems”relationship theory,opened up a new pattern of interaction between the“two systems”in practice,promoted the new development of world socialism and international communist movement,and guided a new program for shaping the relationship between the“two systems”in a new era with a community of human destiny,thus highlighting the multiple value implications of theory,practice,world,and future.
