基于植物-微生物联合修复技术的土壤环境污染治理方法研究

摘  要:植物-微生物联合修复技术,通过植物与微生物的协同作用,有效治理土壤环境污染。该技术通过分析土壤环境的基本参数,结合土壤理化性质计算污染因子的影响系数,从而求取地累积指数,并通过与土壤污染程度划分标准比较,确定区域土壤污染程度,基于此,引入细胞表面展示技术建立香根草-白腐真菌C菌株联合修复体系,并依据土壤环境污染程度调整与优化体系,确定修复方案。实验结果表明,利用所提方法对研究区域的重金属污染进行治理,实现了污染物的高效去除,治理修复效果较好。Plant microbe joint remediation technology effectively treats soil environmental pollution through the synergistic effect of plants and microorganisms.This technology analyzes the basic parameters of soil environment,calculates the influence coefficient of pollution factors based on soil physical and chemical properties,and calculates the land accumulation index.By comparing with the soil pollution level classification standards,the regional soil pollution level is determined.Based on this,cell surface display technology is introduced to establish a joint remediation system of vetiver white rot fungus C strain,and the remediation plan is determined by adjusting and optimizing the system according to the degree of soil environmental pollution.The experimental results show that using the proposed method to treat heavy metal pollution in the study area has achieved efficient removal of pollutants and good remediation effects.
