摘  要:为了实现化工污水的有效处理,使污水达到可回用的标准,提出了基于生物强化法的化工污水深度处理回用技术研究。选取一家化工企业为研究对象,明确回用水质量标准,采用水解酸化法+生物接触氧化法,在反应器中加入复合填料,令污水内物质和微生物充分接触,促进污染物的降解。对污水中游离氯、石油类等主要污染物分析测试,通过调整蠕动泵的速度改变水力停留时间,确定最优操作条件,完成化工污水深度处理回用。通过实验,证明所提技术能够提高污水处理效率和水质,节约水资源,实现水资源的循环利用。In order to achieve effective treatment of chemical wastewater and meet the standards of recyclability,a research on deep treatment and reuse technology of chemical wastewater based on biological enhancement method is proposed.This paper selects a chemical enterprise as the research object to clarify the quality standards for recycled water,using hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation methods,By adding composite fillers to the reactor,the method allow substances and microorganisms in the wastewater to fully contact and promote the degradation of pollutants.The paper analyzes and tests the main pollutants such as chlorine and petroleum in the wastewater,adjusts the speed of the peristaltic pump to change the hydraulic retention time,determines the optimal operating conditions,and completes the deep treatment and reuse of chemical wastewater.Through experiments,it has been proven that the proposed technology can improve sewage treatment efficiency and water quality,save water resources,and achieve the recycling of water resources.
