摘 要:厌氧生物膜技术结构简单、操作简便、适应水量范围广。但是,其有机负荷低于厌氧颗粒污泥法。文章借鉴颗粒污泥培养的水力筛选机制,提出动态厌氧生物膜方式,以垃圾压滤液为处理对象,探索水力条件对厌氧生物膜的处理效能。文章借鉴颗粒污泥的形成原理,在不同转速下成功培养了动态厌氧生物膜。通过研究反应器对COD及SS的去除率等,验证了转速对厌氧生物膜的形成及反应器性能的影响。研究发现转速越大形成的污泥COD去除性能越好。但是对于反应器的有机物去除性能而言,需要调至一个适中的转速,才能使得反应器处理效率保持在较高的水平。The anaerobic biofilm technology has a simple structure,simple operation,and is suitable for a wide range of water quantities.However,its organic load is lower than that of the anaerobic granular sludge method.This study draws inspiration from the hydraulic screening mechanism of granular sludge cultivation,proposed a dynamic anaerobic biofilm method,and explored the effect of hydraulic conditions on the treatment efficiency of anaerobic biofilms using garbage press filtrate as the treatment object.Based on the formation principle of granular sludge,dynamic anaerobic biofilm was successfully cultivated at different rotating speeds.By studying the removal rate of COD and SS in the reactor,the effect of rotating speed on the formation of anaerobic biofilm and the performance of the reactor was verified.It was found that the higher the rotating speed,the better the COD removal performance of sludge.But for the organic matter removal performance of the reactor,it needs to be adjusted to a moderate speed to keep the treatment efficiency of the reactor at a high level.
