摘 要:拟对现有焦化厂2条煤气精制线增设4套焦油渣干化处理装置。装置主要由液化罐、研磨机、输送泵、固液分离器组成,单套装置处理能力5~8 t/h。作业中产生的VOCs气体进入负压煤气系统燃烧处理。焦油渣区域VOCs产污系数按0.000277 kg/t焦炭计,VOCs捕集效率65%,VOCs减排量1.38 t/a。假设两种情景,采用AERMOD模型分别计算改造前后焦油渣落料区无组织排放VOCs小时最大地面浓度,分析区域大气环境影响。计算结果表明,改造前后VOCs区域小时最大地面浓度降低65%。VOCs影响面积由改造前的6.16 m^(2)缩减至1.29 m^(2),影响面积减少79%。区域VOCs贡献浓度显著降低,净化效果明显,可以实现较好的环境效益。This study plans to transform the tar residue treatment scheme of gas refining,and adds four sets of tar residue drying treatment devices to the existing two gas refining lines.Tar residue drying treatment device is mainly composed of liquefaction tank,grinder,conveying pump,solid-liquid separator,etc.The processing capacity of a single set is 5~8 t/h.The VOCs gas generated in the device operation enters the negative pressure gas system for combustion treatment.In this study,the VOCs pollution production coefficient of the tar residue area is calculated as 0.000277 kg/t coke,and the VOCs capture efficiency reaches 65%.VOCs emission reduction is calculated 1.38 t/a.Assuming two scenarios,the AERMOD model is used to calculate the maximum ground concentration of VOCs and its proportion in the tar residue area before and after the transformation,and analyze the impact on the atmospheric environment in the surrounding area.The calculation results show that the contribution value of the hourly concentration decrease is 65%.VOCs affected area is reduced from 6.16 m^(2)before the transformation to 1.29 m^(2),and the affected area is reduced by 79%.Regional VOCs contribution concentration is significantly reduced,and the purification effect is obvious,which can achieve better environmental benefits.
