摘 要:在全民所有自然资源资产清查及资产管理背景下,构建各类全民所有自然资源资产清查价格体系,是科学合理估算全民所有自然资源资产经济价值的数据支撑。文章以四川省为例,通过划分农用地均质区域、调查采集相关农用地交易和经营收益资料、构建价格修正指标体系,测算了四川省国有农用地均质区域及各县(市、区)各类农用地平均价格,首次构建了四川省国有农用地资产清查价格体系,并将得到的结果与农用地基准地价等进行对比分析,在此基础上进行经验总结与建议。In the context of the inventory and asset management of natural resource assets owned by the whole people,constructing various inventory price systems of natural resource assets owned by the whole people provides data support for scientific and reasonable estimation of the economic value of natural resource assets owned by the whole people.Taking Sichuan province as an example,the paper calculated the average price of state-owned agricultural land in the homogeneous region and each county(city and district)of Sichuan province,and established the price system of state-owned agricultural land asset inventory for the first time by dividing the homogeneous region of agricultural land,investigating and collecting relevant information of agricultural land transaction and operation income,and constructing the price correction index system.The results are compared with the benchmark land price of agricultural land.On this basis,the experience summary and suggestions are made.
