小数据视角下图书馆用户的文献复印实证研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]以用户的文献复印行为作为研究内容,挖掘文献复印“小数据”的研究价值,目的是了解图书馆用户的实际文献需求,更好地优化馆藏结构,提升服务能力。[方法/过程]利用文献计量、统计分析法、比较分析法等方法,对国家图书馆西文图书复印数据进行多维度分析,包括各学科新旧文献需求分析、不同语种分析、开架新书分析、闭架旧书分析等。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:第一,开架文献复印量与入藏学科数量正相关,闭架文献复印量与馆藏学科数量正相关;第二,各学科的文献老化规律是影响复印行为的重要因素,哲学宗教类、历史地理类等学科大类文献老化速度慢,闭架复印率更高;第三,不同语种图书的学科复印量也有差异,体现了各语种背后国家的学科实力。最后,建议在大数据时代,图书馆应该重视和挖掘小数据的潜在价值,并通过各种渠道小数据的融合驱动,提高数据决策能力来满足用户的实际需求。[Purpose/significance]Taking the document copying small data of library users as the research content,the purpose of this study is to understand the actual document needs of users in the new period,better optimize the collection structure and improve users’service ability.[Method/process]Using bibliometric methods,statistical analysis and comparative analysis,this study makes a multi-dimensional analysis on the copying small data of users in the National Library of China about the western language printed books,including the demand analysis of new and old books in disciplines,the analysis of languages,the analysis of open shelf new books and the analysis of closed shelf old books.[Results/conclusion]Firstly,the number of open shelf literature copies is positively correlated with the number of disciplines in the collection,while the number of closed shelf literature copies is positively correlated with the number of disciplines in the collection;Secondly,the aging pattern of literature in various disciplines is an important factor affecting copying behavior;Thirdly,there are differences in the number of subject copies of books in dif ferent languages,reflecting the disciplinary strength of countries behind each language.Finally,it is recommended to attach importance to small data such as user document copying and improve the usage efficiency of collection through various methods in the big data period.
