摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着数字社会的发展,高校图书馆的用户需求也在持续变化。关注用户需求的新特征,对于提升图书馆服务效能具有积极作用。[方法/过程]本研究以复旦大学图书馆在2010年和2020年开展的电子资源问卷调查中的用户意见为分析对象,使用文本挖掘技术结合社会网络分析方法,对用户意见文本进行量化研究与可视化展示,对照分析不同年份的用户需求主题聚类特征、需求演化情况和情感倾向。[结果/结论]结果表明,用户对图书馆物理空间和服务的依赖度下降,对电子资源、视频教程、纸本资源电子化和校外访问的需求显著提高。影响用户满意度的因素主要是网络访问速度和文献全文获取等。该方法可快速挖掘用户关注主题,综合定性与定量分析,为图书馆资源建设和服务工作的革新与调整提供决策依据。[Purpose/significance]With the development of digital society,the user demands of university libraries are in a constant state of change.Based on the new characteristics of users’needs,it is beneficial to improve the library service efficiency.[Method/process]This study explores the quantification and visualization of user feedback text by using text mining combined with social network analysis methods.According to the user opinions in the questionnaire survey of electronic resources conducted by Fudan University Library in 2010 and 2020,it is conducted to analyze the topic clustering characteristics,evolution,and emotional tendency of users’demands.[Result/conclusion]The results indicate that the dependence of users on library physical space and services has reduced,and the demand for electronic resources,video tutorials,paper-based resources digitization,and of f-campus access has f urther increased.The main factors affecting user satisfaction are network access speed and access to fulltext literature.This method can quickly excavate users’concerns,synthesize qualitative and quantitative analysis,and provide references for the innovation and adjustment of library resource construction and service works.
