摘　　要：[目的/意义]谢欢所著《回归与传承:钱亚新图书馆学学术思想论稿》一书于2021年出版,系近年来具有代表性的图书馆学人研究成果之一,本文旨在对该书进行评述。[方法/过程]在介绍《回归与传承:钱亚新图书馆学学术思想论稿》一书内容的基础上,分析该书的特点和不足之处。[结果/结论]该书具备四个特点:史料丰富,逻辑清晰,研究方法恰当、新颖,研究结论相对公允、全面。指出钱亚新图书馆学学术思想对于当代图书馆学的启示:图书馆学研究必须坚持理论与实践相结合;索引与目录是图书馆学核心研究领域;图书馆学研究要面向中国实际。与此同时指出该书的不足,认为钱亚新研究仍然有很大的研究空间。[Purpose/signif icance]Return and Inheritance:Qian Yaxin’s Academic Thought on Library Science,written by Xie Huan,was published in 2021,and is one of the representative research achievements of library scholars in recent years.This study aims to provide a review of this book.[Method/process]On the basis of introducing the content of the book Return and Inheritance:Qian Yaxin’s Academic Thought on Library Science,this study analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of this book.[Result/conclusion]The book has four characteristics:rich historical materials,clear logic,appropriate and novel research methods,and relatively fair and comprehensive research conclusions.It points out the inspiration of Mr.Qian Yaxin’s academic thoughts on library science for contemporary library science:Library science research must adhere to the combination of theory and practice;Indexing and cataloging are the core research areas of library science;Library science research should be oriented towards the reality of China.At the same time,it points out the shortcomings of the book and argues that there is still a lot of research space for Qian Yaxin’s research.
