摘 要:波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥的主墩顶部箱梁构造和受力状态较为复杂,为确保施工过程安全,需要掌握和控制组合箱梁的空间应力分布。基于敏感性分析基本原理,通过数值分析方法对组合箱梁空间应力状态的敏感性参数进行分析。结果表明:内衬混凝土具有协调箱梁结构受力的作用。主墩顶部箱梁空间应力对主梁自重最敏感,其次为纵向预应力,横向预应力对顶板混凝土结构的敏感性较高,波形钢腹板对主梁自重和纵向预应力的敏感度较高。The structure and stress state of the box girder at the top of the main pier of the PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel web are complex.In order to ensure the safety of the construction process,it is necessary to grasp and control the spatial stress distribution of the composite box girder.Based on the basic principle of sensitivity analysis,the sensitivity parameters of the spatial stress state of the composite box girder are analyzed by the numerical analysis method.The results show that:the lined concrete has the effect of coordinating the force of the box girder structure.The spatial stress of the box girder at the top of the main pier is the most sensitive to the self-weight of the main girder,followed by the longitudinal prestress,the transverse prestress is more sensitive to the roof concrete structure,and the corrugated steel web is more sensitive to the self-weight and longitudinal prestress of the main girder.
