夏季混凝土桥面铺装层温度应力影响因素分析

摘  要:以某地区在建钢箱梁桥为依托,应用有限元软件对夏季阳光下的温度场进行了仿真建模,并与实测数据进行对比,确定了建模的可行性。通过改变大气透明度、沥青层吸收系数和混凝土层导热系数等参数,模拟计算铺装层温度应力,确定了不同因素的影响程度。结果表明:有限元模拟的升温和降温速率略高于实测数据,但差值在允许范围内,说明模型具有可行性。Based on the steel box girder bridge under construction in an area,the simulation modeling on the temperature field under the summer sunshine is carried out by using the finite element software,and compared with the measured data,so as to determine the feasibility of modeling.By changing the parameters such as atmospheric transparency,asphalt layer absorption coefficient and thermal conductivity of concrete layer,the temperature stress of the pavement layer is simulated and calculated,and the influence degree of different factors is determined.The result shows that:the heating and cooling rates of the finite element simulation are slightly higher than the measured data,but the difference is within the allowable range,indicating that the model is feasible.
