摘　　要：我国加入《湿地公约》以来,积极履行公约义务,已初步建立国际重要湿地保护管理体系,特别是在滨海湿地保护管理方面取得了显著成效。该文对国内外滨海湿地保护管理现状进行了系统梳理与总结,分析得出我国滨海湿地类型国际重要湿地保护管理中仍然面临产权不明晰、生态功能退化、保护管理能力薄弱、市场配置不充分、公众保护意识淡薄等问题。为进一步加强滨海湿地类型国际重要湿地保护管理,提出切实可行的政策建议。Since China's accession to the Ramsar Convention,it has actively fulfilled its obligations under the Convention and has initially established a protection management system of wetlands of international importance,especially,it has achieved remarkable results in the conservation and management of coastal wetlands.This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the current situation of coastal wetland conservation and management at home and abroad,and we analyzed and concluded that the conservation and management of china's marine/coastal wetlands of international importance still faces problems such as unclear property rights.degradation of ecological functions,weak conservation and management capacity,insufficient market allocation,and weak public awareness of conservation.In order to further strengthen the conservation and management of coastal wetlands of international importance,we Put forward practical policy suggestions.
