摘　　要：肾性高血压包括肾实质性高血压和肾血管性高血压,是临床常见的继发性高血压。于俊生教授认为肾性高血压的病机以厥阴阴阳失调,肝风内动为中心环节,与肺、脾、肾等脏腑功能失调密切相关。治以和调厥阴、敛肝息风,并贯以滋水涵木,抑木扶土,佐金平木之法,临床取得满意疗效。Renal hypertension includes renal parenchymatous hypertension and renal vascular hypertension,which is a common secondary hypertension in clinic.Professor Yu Junsheng thinks that the pathogenesis of renal hypertension is centered on the imbalance of Yin and Yang of Jueyin and the internal movement of liver wind,which is closely related to the dysfunction of viscera such as lung,spleen and kidney.Treating and regulating Jueyin,astringing liver and calming wind,and following the method of nourishing water and cultivating wood,restraining wood and supporting soil,assisting gold and calming wood,the clinical effect has been satisfactory.
