针灸配合艾灸在颈腰椎间盘突出中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析颈腰椎间盘突出患者接受针灸配合艾灸治疗的临床疗效。方法:列入2022年3月—2024年3月我院收治的颈腰椎间盘突出患者44例,通过全盲电脑随机抽取法将其分为比对、联合两组,组均22例。比对组患者给予比对艾灸治疗;联合组在此基础上联合使用针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的不适评价分及生活参数评价分变化情况,记录疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者的不适评价分及生活参数评价分差异无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗后不适评价分均降低,生活参数评价分均提升,且联合组患者治疗后的不适评价分显著低于比对组患者治疗后的不适评价分;联合组患者治疗后的生活参数评价分显著高于比对组患者治疗后的生活参数评价分;联合组患者的疗效(95.45%)显著高于比对组(63.63%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈腰椎间盘突出患者接受针灸配合艾灸治疗,更有利于快速缓解疼痛不适反应,康复效果更理想,有效改善其生活质量,推荐使用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on patients with lumbar and cervical disc.Methods:A total of 44 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into comparison and combination groups by completely blind computer random selection,with 22 patients in each group.The comparison group was given comparative moxibustion treatment;The combined group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The changes of discomfort evaluation score and life parameter evaluation score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the curative effect was recorded.Results:There was no statistical significance in the scores of discomfort evaluation and life parameter evaluation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the scores of discomfort evaluation were decreased after treatment,and the scores of life parameter evaluation were increased,and the scores of discomfort evaluation after treatment in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.The life parameter evaluation score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.The curative effect of combination group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that of conventional group(63.63%),and the difference P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxibustion treatment for patients with cervical and lumbar disc herniation is more conducive to rapid relief of pain and discomfort reaction,better rehabilitation effect,and effectively improve their quality of life.
